What is your photographic style?
I describe my style as timeless and modern. My approach is primarily photojournalistic, meaning I focus on capturing real moments as they naturally unfold throughout your wedding day. When it comes to portraits, I’ll gently guide you to create flattering, natural, and beautiful images that still feel authentic to who you are as a couple.
Most importantly, I want your photos to feel full of life, emotion, and joy. After all, it’s your wedding day! Your experience in front of the camera should be relaxed, fun, and something you truly enjoy.
How far should we book you in advance?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates during peak wedding season.
If your wedding is coming up sooner than that, don’t worry—reach out as soon as possible and I’ll check my availability. I occasionally have openings for shorter timelines.
How do we book you for our wedding?
Booking is simple! Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a digital contract and invoice for the retainer. Once those are completed, your date is officially reserved and we can start planning all the fun details.
Do you offer Engagement Sessions?
Absolutely! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other before the wedding day. They also help you feel more comfortable in front of the camera, which makes a big difference when your wedding day arrives.
Plus, you’ll walk away with beautiful photos that you can use for save-the-dates, your wedding website, or simply to celebrate this exciting time in your lives. I also love when couples choose locations that are meaningful to them.
How do you deliver images?
Your photos will be delivered through a beautiful online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your high-resolution images.
From your gallery, you’ll also be able to order professional prints and products, and share the gallery with family and friends.
When will I receive my pictures?
My typical turnaround time is about 3–4 weeks after your wedding. I know how excited couples are to relive their day, so I always work hard to deliver your images as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Do you have business insurance? My venue requires a certificate of insurance.
Yes! I am fully insured and can easily provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes! A second photographer can be added to your collection if you'd like additional coverage. Having two photographers allows us to capture multiple angles, candid reactions, and more moments happening at the same time, especially during getting ready, the ceremony, and cocktail hour.
Do you help with the wedding day timeline?
Absolutely. Creating a well-planned timeline is one of the best ways to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and you get the photos you’ve always dreamed of.
I’m happy to work with you and your planner to build a photography timeline that allows plenty of time for portraits while still letting you enjoy your day.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. I always come fully prepared with multiple professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and memory cards. Everything is backed up so that your wedding day is covered no matter what.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I photograph weddings throughout Massachusetts, New England, and beyond. If you're planning a destination wedding or a celebration outside the area, I’d love to hear about it.
